Goulburn Family & Community Services – Office Fitout

Project Overview

In April 2018 we completed a new office fit-out for NSW Department of Family & Community Services in Goulburn. This was a large 1200 m2 fit-out with a value of over $1m in which we are thoroughly pleased to hand over the final result to our client. This project commenced and was completed within a very tight time frame to meet our clients needs as far as timelines to ensure they vacated their existing property on time. Works included within this project included demolition and removal of the old office space on both levels,  installation of new suspended ceiling grid through out, construction of new plasterboard and glass partition walls, full height solid doors, new disabled compliant toilet,  electrical and data works, AC works, painting through out, new floor coverings, co-ordination of workstations and office furniture delivery and installation. We have completed multiple projects for this client in the past and are very proud of the end result once again
