Our clients are located throughout NSW, but primarily in the Sydney region, Illawarra, Shoalhaven and
Southern Highlands.

We complete contract and do-and-charge jobs for state, federal and local Government departments and authorities,
major companies, head contractors, small businesses and individuals.

The business was established in 1982 and is jointly owned and operated by the Pearce and Percy families.
The structure of the organisation includes a number of site teams who are fully supported by dedicated
project managers, estimators and administration personnel.

We manage and administor our work utilising efficient and cost effective tendering, project management and
accounting systems and procedures. Our insurance includes $20 million public liability, contracts work insurance,
workers compensation and general business cover.

We maintain and implement current Ocuupational Health and Safety policies and procedures. Throughout the years
we have established an extensive base of fully qualified subcontractors and professional services throughout NSW.
We have accounts with all major building suppliers.

Our shop and office showroom is designed to assist clients and their architects in selecting their preferred colours,
materials, finishes and merchandising.
